You need JavaScript enabled to view it Donna serves as the Choir Director for the Chancel Choir. She has been at Central for 15 years. She received her Bachelor’s of Music Education in Choral Conducting from Winthrop University. She studied choral conducting with Dr. Robert Edgerton and former Oratorio Singers of Charlotte Director, the late, Dr. Mary Nell Saunders. She is currently in her sixth season as the Conductor of Carolina Voices’ Festival Singers. She also served as the Associate Conductor for ten years for the Oratorio Singers of Charlotte as well as a singer for twenty-five years. Prior to coming to Central, Donna worked in the music programs at Trinity Presbyterian and Sardis Presbyterian in Charlotte. Donna resides in Charlotte and is employed full-time with the Wachovia Corporation. When Donna is not doing music or working at the bank, she practices Yoga/Meditation, enjoys working in the yard and caring for her roses. She also loves animals, especially dogs.
