Description
On Monday mornings from 10:30 a.m. until noon, women meet in the Church Parlor for study and fellowship. All women are welcome to this study. The group always includes a varied demographic from young moms to grandmothers (and all ages in between!). The times for this study are especially convenient for young moms with children in morning preschool. Childcare is provided in the church nursery.
Study topics are chosen by the women in the group. Past studies have included Bad Girls of the Bible, Sisters: Knowing God and Making God the Main Thing in My Life, an eight-week overview study of the New Testament, and The Purpose Drive Life. Topics are always published in the church’s newsletter and in the announcement section of the weekly worship bulletin. The class is very participatory as the women connect with God and with one another through sharing.
