Description

Low impact cardio, light weights and stretching for about 45 minutes.  There is no floor exercises.  Everything is done standing or in a chair.   This class is great for walkers who want a little bit more, for older people or someone just getting into exercise.  A fun group to join!  For more information contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
