Tammy began teaching at the Central United Methodist Church Preschool 20 years ago. Eleven years ago she became the director. Tammy has her state certification in Early Childhood I and II and Early Childhood Administration.  Our preschool is very popular in this area.  The kids are taught social skills, prepared for kindergarten and introduced to the grace of God. Tammy is proud of the dynamic staff she has hired.  They are dedicated, loving and nurturing. Tammy and her staff have made Central a great place to give a kid a head start in the world. Tammy has been a Sexton at Central for 18 years. After the children leave and all the planning for the next day is taken care of, Tammy works to make our church a home. If you can’t find anything, chances are she knows where it is. Tammy has been married to Gary Shue for 28 years. They have two girls; Jodie, 25 and Jamie, 21. Tammy loves going to the beach and collecting shells.
